MexCity CelebrationRide
The last day of a long trip. My first world around ticket and i still had the whole sunday before leaving back to Europe. It was celebration day and 2 days in front of famous "Death Day". I guess all people from MexCity gathered downtown to enjoy the beautiful sunny day.
The mainroad Reforma was closed for cars and so people were walking, roller scating riding bicycles to conquer the city. So i did. A just for fun ride with a electric bike from a rental company - in this case UBER bikes and so it was quite easy because ididn´t have to register as i´m using UBER worldwide for riding by car.
Passing by El Angel de la Independenica, Glorieta de La Palma, Monumento A Colon i also did visit the Plaza de la Republica with it´s leading landmark the Monumento a la Revolucion. Riding back i had to change my bike as battery was already low and i headed further to the big park Bosque de Chapultepec with it´s Castilo in the center. It was crowded and everyone was celebrating the day - a nice family day at the end of my trip to reach back to Europe to finally see my family again.
