Colombia WarmUp Ride with Diego
Arriving in Colombia was very exciting for me as this country is full of bike enthousiasts. My first loop with my friend and ex-pro rider diego was south of Medellin.
Heading towards Sabaneta but just touching the city we within short time had our first climb. Medellin located in a bowl sourrounded by mountains is forcing every rider to ride upwards no matter which way you go. A nice warmup ride ending in the Presicolo bike shop having an espresso and watching Tour de Romandie with Sabanetas roadbike elite.
